FLADDER 400/GYRO GANTRY – REDUCE DEBURRING TIME The FLADDER® GANTRY is made for deburring and edge rounding of machined aircraft parts like wing ribs, spars, wing skins. The machine is built to customers specifications – for example working width 2500 mm and any given length. The FLADDER® GANTRY unit with the well known oscillating and rotating gearhead with 6 counter rotating spindles travels on rails over a certain number of fixation tables in the entire length of the workpieces. The flexible FLADDER® abrasive cylinders are specifically made to meet the various shapes of the workpieces and achieve the desired deburring and edge rounding.
