Sheet Metal Industries simply liked and enjoyed watching this engineering video – a few times in actual fact!

It nicely demonstrates how many individual precision processes, skill, know-how and varied materials were involved in manufacturing the ‘Flying B’ bonnet mascot.

Some of the processes include setting the job up, balancing, centering, material coating, drying, hot furnaces, joining, hand polishing and finishing, part marking, inspection and measurement, testing approval.
