HTA Group Ltd is thrilled to share the news that its latest investment – a 12kw Trumpf Fibre Laser – is fully commissioned and in production!
This new addition will be able to cut materials up to 50mm thick in mild steel, 40mm thick in stainless steel, 30mm thick in aluminium, 16mm thick in copper, and 12.7mm thick in brass, enabling HTA to further reduce lead times for customers and increase our overall capacity.
The group’s state-of-the-art laser cutting machinery already includes two fully automated Trumpf 5040 5kw Brighline Fibre lasers, which are some of the fastest laser cutting machines on the market.
Moreover, HTA have experience processing a range of speciality alloys, such as high strength steels like Hardox and Domex, Duplex stainless steels, Alloy 625 and 825, 904 Stainless Steel, and Titanium.
With the new machine now up and running, HTA can fulfil a range of laser cutting needs with a lead time of 1-3 days at a low price.
