At EuroBLECH 2026, Prima Power will present two new flexible manufacturing systems showcasing its latest developments in integrated sheet metal production, including world premieres in automation, bending and software, reinforcing its strategy of Evolve by integration.

Prima Power will take part in EuroBLECH 2026, one of the leading international exhibitions for sheet metal working technology, where it will present new manufacturing solutions for sheet metal production.

At the exhibition, the Group will present two flexible manufacturing systems combining multiple technologies, automation and digital solutions for dynamic sheet metal production environments, where productivity, adaptability and operational continuity are key. The lines will feature several key innovations and first-time showcases, highlighting scalable solutions that evolve with market needs. Different automation architectures, from material flow to unloading and transfer, will demonstrate how systems can be configured for a wide range of strategies, from small batches to unattended high-volume production.

The first manufacturing line will focus on laser processing integrated with a new bending solution, as well as advanced automation and material flow systems, featuring three world premieres. Among them, Prima Power will preview a new concept in bending technology designed to make panel bending more accessible while preserving the performance, reliability and integration capabilities that define Prima Power’s approach to manufacturing. The launch builds on more than 40 years of panel bending expertise developed at Prima Power’s Product Unit Bending in Cologna Veneta, Italy. The manufacturing line will also introduce new approaches to automation and material handling, together with advanced solutions for autonomous material transfer and logistics

The second manufacturing line will demonstrate a highly automated production flow integrating punching, shearing, buffering and bending into a single, connected process. Designed to streamline operations from raw material to finished components, the system highlights how integrated solutions can minimize manual handling, improve efficiency and ensure consistent output quality. New features and enhancements further support extended autonomous operation, improving process stability and enabling longer periods of unattended production. Advanced material handling, intelligent buffering and optimized process coordination contribute to a more controlled and reliable production flow, helping manufacturers maximize machine utilization while maintaining flexibility across different production scenarios, from high-mix production to continuous, high-volume output.

Software will play a central role in the exhibition. Prima Power will present its AllinOne software platform, a unified environment designed to manage and control the entire production process through the integrated modules for all-day work steps Plan, Program, Run, Control, and Trust. Particular attention will be given to the Trust module, with the introduction of a new AI-driven predictive maintenance service that analyses machine data to anticipate issues, enhancing service responsiveness with proactive alerts to technicians and reducing unplanned downtime through preventive intervention.

Prima Power’s industrial DNA is rooted in the integration of two pioneering companies, Prima Industrie (Italy, 1977) and Finn‑Power (Finland, 1969). Since their integration in 2008, the Group has built on a shared legacy of customer focus, a fully integrated technological approach, and a strong drive to progress automation in sheet metal manufacturing. With its EuroBLECH 2026 showcase, Prima Power demonstrates how this legacy continues to evolve, raising the technological bar while staying true to what matters most to customers: higher productivity, greater manufacturing agility, integrated workflows, full production visibility and control, and a future-ready investment.

Visitors will be invited to discover Prima Power’s latest innovations and world premieres at EuroBLECH 2026, Hall 12, Stand B146.
