WEC Group are thrilled to share that their WECJet division have commissioned a new 4m x 3m Mach 500 waterjet cutting machine, on the back of a £350,000 investment.
The new machine boasts the very latest 90000psi Dynamic head cutting technology, which effectively makes it the fastest waterjet machine in today’s world market.
This new investment benefits from an extended open height for large part production, and a wider bed than our other machines which means that we now have the capability to cut any materials of up to 300mm in thickness and 3m wide!
The company operate a 24/7 and readily stock a full material range including MS/S355, 304, 316 and Aluminium in all standard thicknesses, which means it can offer very competitive lead-times and 48-hour turnaround on stock materials.
