With no previous experience and having survived his first week, Mark Casey proved a fast learner.
Over the next few years Mark improved his technical skills progressing in a relatively short space of time through all shop floor elements internally and on a variety of external courses to a supervisory role overseeing internal production of security doors by the late 80’s
He became Technical Sales Manager in the late 90’s supervising production and shop floor activity while maintaining a sales role.
Mark carried on with his personal development eventually rising to Operations Director
He has overseen several significant projects from being involved in plant purchases such lasers, presses, etc, all significant value items, to championing lean manufacturing and our leap into renewables with solar panels.
Known for his steady approach and long-term commitment, Mark’s career reflects both personal dedication and a significant contribution to FSM Manufacturing’s growth over four decades.
Mark had a celebratory lunch with senior staff members, two of whom also have 40+ years service.
