Customer specific solution
This High Q size R-Brake in combination with custom made tools is able to bend the cabinets until they are completely closed.
For the last 2 bends we use a flange spreader that makes sure there is no collision with the product. This ensures that the angle can be slightly overbent and the edges match exactly.
This is extremely important because when the parts are completely bent they will be welded by a TIG welding robot further down the line.
