AMOB has unveiled its latest tube bending innovation – the CH 350 CNC Pipe Bending Machine, a machine that brings next-generation technology to the forefront, aiming to boost accuracy, efficiency, and overall productivity for its users. Developed in response to growing market demand for top-tier performance, this model offers adaptability and premium quality for industries such as shipbuilding and other heavy sectors.

The CH 350 CNC comes loaded with advanced capabilities, including user-friendly control systems, high-precision sensors, and comprehensive safety mechanisms. These features enable operators to program and oversee each phase of the bending operation in real time, resulting in enhanced operational flexibility, fewer errors, and reduced material waste.

Engineered for tubes ranging from Ø114.3 mm to Ø355 mm, this model supports bending radii up to 1000 mm. Its carriage positioner is specifically designed to manage the weight of large tubes and profiles—sometimes reaching hundreds of kilograms—without compromising the precision typical of smaller-scale machines.

Handling and positioning such large and heavy tubes can be a challenge with machines of this size. However, AMOB‘s advanced CNC control simplifies loading and unloading, making these processes more intuitive, safer, and faster. Another commonly cited issue with large machinery is tool changeover. But thanks to fully electric axes powered by servo motors, the CH 350 CNC guarantees exact positioning with every clamp and pressure die switch—eliminating the usual complexity.

Despite its powerful capabilities, energy efficiency was a key priority for the engineers behind this project. A smartly engineered hydraulic system enables the CH 350 CNC to deliver high performance with significantly lower energy consumption than equivalent competitor machines.

Maintenance has also been streamlined. From the main hydraulic control units to the centralized lubrication system and the bending chain lubrication, all key components are easily accessible, ensuring quick and efficient service interventions.

Built to be robust and structurally solid, the CH 350 CNC can bend even the largest tubes with a centerline radius as tight as 1.5 times the outer diameter, all while preserving wall thickness and minimizing ovality.

With the introduction of this new machine, AMOB solidifies its leadership in the tube bending market, offering a solution that aligns perfectly with the demands of Industry 4.0—where automation and digital integration are crucial for long-term success. This launch is yet another testament to AMOB’s ongoing dedication to innovation and superior quality, reinforcing its reputation as a global benchmark in bending technology.
