Instead, its team developed a tailored solution incorporating nitrogen-charged gas springs, enabling consistent pressure and control throughout the forming process. The result is a highly accurate and efficient method of producing these unique components to the exact specification demanded.
Developing this bespoke setup involved extensive planning, testing and refinement. From initial concept through to final trials, its engineers have worked diligently to ensure the tooling performs reliably under production conditions.
