Fine Tubes has announced the appointment of Ryan Bullen as Planning Manager. The appointment follows Mark Ayers’s announcement of his intention to retire from the role during 2026, concluding a long and successful career with Fine Tubes.

Ryan brings extensive experience in planning and operations leadership across industrial and manufacturing environments. Most recently, he held a senior planning and operations role with responsibility for strategic planning, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the delivery of complex, multi stakeholder projects.

Earlier in his career, Ryan served in Planning Manager and Production Manager positions, building over eight years of experience in automotive manufacturing and production planning, with a strong focus on high precision, high quality industrial environments.

Ryan holds an NVQ, Diploma, and BTEC qualification in Engineering, underpinning his strong technical and operational foundation.

Over the coming months, Ryan will work closely with Mark to ensure a smooth and structured transition, supporting continuity across all planning activities. Fine Tubes thanks Mark Ayers for his dedication and leadership and looks forward to recognizing his contribution as he prepares for retirement in 2026.
