apg Solutions’ a global manufacturer of POS and cash management systems are pleased to announce the completion of a management buyout for its UK Manufacturing Facility in Newhaven , the MBO was supported by Oxygen Partners.
Kevin Broderick and John Iliffe (formerly of apg) will head up the new business, known as Metal Box Technology Solutions (MBTS). The company, originally formed in 1981, will continue its legacy as a leading metals design and manufacturing business and a key local employer.
John Iliffe (Commercial Director) at MBTS said “We’re delighted to have completed the acquisition and form MBTS. We’d like to thank apg Solutions for their work in making the transaction happen.
