Greenfield is pleased to announce the appointment of Arvydas Bidva as Production Team Leader within our Sheet Metal department. This growing area of the business plays a key role in our manufacturing capability, supported by a highly advanced and automated sheet metal facility.
In his role, Arvydas will be responsible for process optimization, coordinating work order planning with production scheduling, and leading the day-to-day operations of the sheet metal team. A core focus of the role will be coaching and developing a cohesive team to consistently deliver high-quality, fine-tolerance sheet metal components, while continually reviewing and improving existing processes.
