Southwest Fabrications is excited to announce a significant investment in its production facilities with the arrival of two state-of-the-art pieces of equipment – a high-performance Air Recirculating Oven and a fully compliant Airflow Water Wash Spray Booth. These additions will revolutionise in-house manufacturing processes, enabling the company to deliver even higher quality, efficiency and precision for its customers.
The new Contractor range Air Recirculating Oven is engineered for demanding thermal processes up to 325°C, offering exceptional temperature accuracy and uniformity thanks to its powerful twin-scroll fan system and efficient air recirculation design. Capable of handling large components with ease, this oven will allow us to expand our finishing capabilities, improve turnaround times, and maintain the highest possible standards. Its robust construction, advanced safety features, and fully pre-wired assembly mean minimal installation disruption – allowing us to get straight to work.
Alongside this, the investment in a new Airflow Water Wash Spray Booth will elevate coating and finishing capabilities. Designed to meet the latest European safety regulations and HSG 178 compliance, the booth ensures a clean, controlled and efficient spraying environment. Its high-strength CNC-manufactured galvanised steel panels, stainless steel water curtain, and patented ‘cartridge’ style exhaust fan are built for long-term reliability, even in the most demanding conditions.
Together, these installations mark a major step forward for Southwest Fabrications. Allowing the company to process a wider variety of projects entirely in-house, reducing lead times, and offering an even greater level of quality control from start to finish.
