Brandauer’s press shop spans two floors within a 45,000 square foot manufacturing footprint, helping to provide the flexibility to deliver high quantity pressings and stampings that meet exact customer specifications, whether volumes are in the thousands or the millions.

Bespoke modular manufacturing systems support pre-forming, stamping and in die riveting or tapping. Semi-automated and fully automated systems are designed to minimise human intervention during production, improving repeatability while delivering cost efficiencies and globally competitive pricing. A fully equipped secondary operations section, covering both manual and power press work, offers three shift capability to meet demanding supply schedules.

All production is underpinned by modern manufacturing processes and rigorous quality management systems.
