Recently Rolls-Royce visited the HSM Engineering team on site to present them with their Gold award to reflect years of consistent, uncompromising performance across delivery reliability, quality standards, and a genuine culture of continuous improvement. Receiving Gold in the Rolls-Royce Going for Gold Business Maturity Assessment was a proud moment for the company.
What the Assessment Means
The Rolls-Royce Business Maturity Assessment is a rigorous evaluation of a supplier’s overall capability. It reflects a sustained track record of 100% delivery and quality, continuous business improvement, sustainability targets and corporate social responsibility. Gold proves that the work the have put into our processes, its people, and its culture hasn’t just been good enough it has been recognised at the highest level by one of the most demanding customers in British manufacturing.

This award is not a management achievement, It is a people achievement. Having the privilege of Rolls-Royce on site to present the award in person and sharing that moment with the people who earned it made it special.
