The Engineering Technology Group (ETG) is pleased to announce the newest addition to its recently launched Fabrication Division, Gökhan Senoz. With extensive experience in technical and mechanical engineering, Gökhan will play a pivotal role in supporting ETG’s new and prospective sheet metal fabrication customers.
Gökhan brings nearly a decade of expertise to his new position, having served as a service engineer and product specialist at Durmazlar, where he specialised in the servicing and maintenance of laser machines. During his tenure, Gökhan worked on international projects in over 40 countries, gaining hands-on experience with automation tools, software, and customer engagement.
Born in Bulgaria in 1991 and raised in Turkey, Gökhan holds dual citizenship and has a unique international perspective. Seeking new challenges and career growth, he made the decision to relocate to the UK in late 2024, backed by the support of his wife, son, and family. Reflecting on his decision, Gökhan shares: “The biggest factor was that ETG opened doors for me, and I just had to take this step forward!”
A graduate of Gazi University in Turkey, Gökhan’s strengths lie in analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving, and delivering results. These skills are invaluable to his new role with ETG as he works closely with customers to evaluate and optimise their fabrication machinery.
In addition to his professional expertise, Gökhan is passionate about fitness, travel, camping, and motorcycling. He is highly skilled in laser cutting technologies, IFS, Lantek, Metalix, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. His dedication to continuous learning and commitment to excellence align perfectly with ETG’s mission to deliver outstanding value to its customers.
