BCW Group (Intl) Limited are pleased to announce that they have acquired the business and assets of Lupton & Place Burnley, a significant milestone in our continued growth and a strong statement of intent about the direction of the Group.
A Strategic Fit
This acquisition is a natural extension of BCW Group’s vertically integrated model. The company’s approach is to bring as much of the manufacturing process as possible under one roof, giving customers greater control over quality, cost, and lead times while reducing supply chain complexity.
The addition of Lupton & Place’s casting expertise further strengthens this offer, enhancing our end-to-end manufacturing capability.
