Wire Mesh Fabrications Ltd were recently contacted by a large company in the north-west who offer fit-out services to operators in the hospitality, hotel and leisure industries. The company had commissioned a local fabricator to manufacture a quantity of wire trays, but had received complaints from their own customers who were unhappy with the quality of the finished trays.
Following a search for fabricators specialising in bespoke wire products fabrications, the company approached Wire Mesh Fabrications. After an initial telephone consultation, the company promptly arranged for a sample of the wire trays to be collected, which enabled them to identify the problem areas.
After further discussing the needs of the customer, Wire Mesh Fabrications proceeded to produce a sample, which was promptly approved. The company were then able to offer several quantity price breaks to help them get the best value for money.
The first order was produced on time and the customer was so pleased with their order that no sooner were the stainless steel wire trays delivered, they placed an order for another batch.
