Operating from a modern 11,000 m² production facility and employing around 160 skilled professionals, TUBE-TEC delivers custom-engineered tube systems such as coils, bends, and other complex components serving a wide array of industries, including power generation, chemical processing, oil and gas, food production, and pharmaceuticals.
In response to growing demand for higher quality, efficiency, and throughput, TUBE-TEC has made a strategic investment to upgrade its machine park. The initiative began with the acquisition of a legacy Roundo R-5 bending machine in a unique configuration originally built for the company Thale. After comprehensive testing and evaluation, TUBE-TEC opted to move forward with a more advanced solution, commissioning a brand-new, cutting-edge bending system from Swedish manufacturer SweBend.
The new SweBend machine is not just an upgrade; it represents a significant leap forward in bending technology. More than just a bending machine, it’s engineered to function as a fully integrated production cell, combining multiple process steps into a single, streamlined workflow. This allows for greater manufacturing precision and efficiency, significantly reduced handling times, and enhanced final product quality.
