
Nine staff members from KMF Group have been commended for 25 years’ service with the sheet metal specialists.
Presentations have taken place across various departments to mark the quarter of a century milestone for each worker.
Charity Challenges Raise £500,000 For Local Hospice
Among the nine workers recognised is Programming Manager Stephen Gardener, who has taken part in various charity challenges for KMF, supporting Dougie Mac Hospice, including a trek across the arctic, a coast-to-coast cycling challenge plus cycling from London to Paris. All of these challenges are part of long-spanning support for the Hospice, which has raised over £500,000.
Purchasing Manager Lisa Harding, who was also part of the staff recognised, and is grateful for the opportunities she has been given during her time at KMF, saying,
“I’ve valued being part of the growth of KMF over the past 25 years, and I’m grateful for the opportunities and friendships I’ve made.”
Gareth Higgins, Managing Director at KMF Group Ltd, was delighted to recognise such a large number of staff for their long service, saying,
“It is always a great pleasure to celebrate work anniversaries with our team; it makes me reflect on how much the business has changed over the last two decades and how supportive and flexible our people have been.
We have had many anniversaries of 25 years and over this year, our business has changed drastically over that time and the experience, commitment, and loyalty that they have shown has been instrumental to our success, thank you to every one of you.”
