As demand for larger and more complex door assemblies grows, FSM Manufacturing has invested in new lifting equipment to improve safety, efficiency, and workflow.

To support the increasing size and weight of the door units passing through its assembly area and to reduce the physical strain on our team, FSM Manufacturing have installed a new lifting system designed specifically for handling assembled doors, frames and heavy components.
The equipment is capable of safely lifting and manoeuvring full and part door assemblies as well as large components, allowing operators to handle without manual strain. With a generous weight capacity and smooth, controlled movement, the hoist significantly improves both productivity and workplace ergonomics while helping to enforce our staff welfare ethos.
Early feedback from the assembly team has been extremely encouraging. Operators report that tasks involving heavy lifting are now far easier and safer, and even at the end of demanding shifts they feel noticeably less fatigued. This investment marks another positive step in ensuring both high-quality assembly work and a safer working environment for our staff.
