Press-Form Machinery Ltd has recently completed a large installation for a long established company in the cable management sector.
The company approached Press-Form looking for a solution to manufacture their product in house whereas previously it was subcontracted out.
Part of the reason for investment was to reinforce their supply chain as they had problems with lead times and quality in the past.
Press-Form were able to propose key components from it’s range of equipment and assemble everything into one turnkey package.
This turnkey production line comprises of a 400 Ton Sangiacomo straight side press, a Dimeco coil feeding line and a Norda in press transfer system.
The line produces parts at a rate of 15 parts per minute.
