Also, as a former Board Director and shareholder in a steel distribution business, she supported turnover growth from £12m to £25m in two years through end-to-end system and process redesign. This gives her a unique understanding of transformation projects.
Working exclusively as an independent, Sam provides objective, solution led support with no vendor bias. She evaluates whether to implement new software, optimise existing systems, or redesign processes, ensuring clients achieve maximum value.
She covers the full project lifecycle, from process mapping and solution selection through to implementation, training, and adoption- across ERP, MRP, CRM, MIS, finance, and AI platforms.
