Mansfield Pollard (Air Management Specialists) are delighted to announce a strategic enhancement to its leadership structure with the promotion of Ewelina Kaftanska from Head of Data Centre Operations to the pivotal role of Operations Director.
Reporting directly to CEO Lou Frankland, Ewelina will ultimately take full responsibility for the overall strategic planning and leadership of production and manufacturing across the business, including air handling, acoustic control, and data centre operations.
With a keen focus on performance streamlining, technological integration and sustainable manufacturing practices, Ewelina brings a wealth of experience of delivering time-critical, complex engineering projects in the UK and around the world.
Ewelina’s joins the Board at a time of significant growth and the appointment ensures a seamless operational transition whilst the business continues to deliver on its ambitious 5-year development plan.

Ewelina’s is the latest addition to an already young and dynamic board and comes less than 18 months after the promotion of Shaun Cockcroft from Head of Engineering to Engineering Director. These appointments are further confirmation of Mansfield Pollards commitment to continuous employee development and our core belief in fostering a culture where talent is recognized and promoted from within.

With Ewelina’s promotion, the Board of Directors expands to six members, proudly boasting a 50:50 gender split.
