New to the Engineering Technology Group’s (ETG) Fabrication Division is the impressive new Durma AD-SERVO range of press brakes. Since recently adding the Durma brand to its armoury, ETG is already receiving considerable interest in the Durma range which has an established customer base in the UK for more than 25 years.
As the latest addition to the line-up, the Durma AD-SERVO Series has been specifically designed to increase productivity and precision whilst reducing energy consumption. Furthermore, the AD-SERVO Series incorporates stress-relieving technology for precise and long-term operation and stability of the machines. The Durma AD-SERVO press brake will provide 60% higher productivity with 72% less energy consumption. This is credited to cost-efficient speed-controlled drives, variable-speed solutions and much more.
Designed to make less noise with control of position, pressure and load pressure, the elegant AD-SERVO press brakes are equipped with an open/closed hydraulic circuit and 4-quadrant operation. Also equipped with bell-housing and coupling, power unit, valve block, prefill valve, cylinder and servo controller Indra-Drive C Software and high accuracy linear scales, the AD-SERVO series guarantees the industry’s most precise, productive and robust solution for all your press brake requirements.
The AD-SERVO series is available in 17 different variants with a bending force from 100 to 600 tonnes and a bending length from 2.55m on the smallest machine to 6.05m on the largest. The wealth of options provides ETG customers with a distance between columns from 2.2m to 5.1m with a stroke from 265 to 365mm. The AD-SERVO line-up also gives customers a choice of table widths, axis dimensions, Y-axis rapid and working speeds and much more. With over 1000 machine installations in the UK in virtually all industry sectors with everything from small businesses to world-class OEMs, ETG is excited to service Durma customers who will benefit from the exceptional levels of service and technical support enjoyed by existing ETG customers.
