This recent acquisition from supply chain partners ‘Windsor Materials Handling and Baumann’ supports the company’s transition to cleaner fuels within its production facilities.
The unique technology offers the very latest in battery technology with a wheel time of 9 hours. The electric side loaders deliver a number of benefits including zero emissions (at source), greater running and maintenance cost efficiency, improved operator environment and diminished noise pollution.
The introduction of the Peddinghaus FPB plate-processing centre within Caunton’s production facilities has substantially strengthened their steel plate cutting capability, capacity and productivity, whilst delivering improved energy efficiency, lower steel scrap ratios and increased steel plate utilisation.
