Bendalls Apprentice of the Year 2022-23 is awarded to Margaret Bell, a shining star now in her 2nd year of a Metal Fabrication apprenticeship through the Carr’s Engineering Skills Academy!
Margaret has consistently surpassed our expectations since joining us in September 2022. Her performance has gathered praise not only from the college but also from her mentor and colleagues on the shop floor. Achieving distinctions across all 6 completed EAL units in her first year showcases her commitment to excellence. Margaret is already contributing to high-end nuclear projects with exceptional welding skills. Besides her individual success, she has also embraced the role of mentor, providing invaluable support to her peers in the year group.
