This award places BCW Engineering amongst Caterpillar’s top-performing global suppliers, recognising its commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. BCW Engineering are honoured to be a part of a select few from the UK supply chain to receive this certification so far this year, a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team.
A Testament to Teamwork and Excellence

Representing BCW on a Global Stage
Our Managing Director, Chris Prior, and Technical Sales Director, Jonny O’Reilly, had the privilege of representing BCW Engineering at the Caterpillar Supplier Excellence Recognition event in Grapevine, Texas.
The event, which also marked Caterpillar’s centenary, brought together around 800 suppliers from across the globe.
Jonny reflected:

Capturing the Celebration
BCW Engineering is planning to host an internal celebration upon receipt of the Supplier Excellence Award 2025. It is important to recognise the contribution of the entire team whose hard work made this achievement possible. This award wouldn’t be achieved without teamwork, and we look forward to celebrating together.
Caterpillar’s Global Recognition of Suppliers
Caterpillar’s Supplier Excellence Recognition programme sets world-class standards, with suppliers evaluated on rigorous requirements between May 2024 and June 2025. Awards were presented in the categories of Supplier Excellence, Aftermarket Excellence, and Supplier of the Year.
Pam Heminger, Senior Vice President for the Strategic Procurement and Planning Division at Caterpillar, emphasised the role of suppliers in Caterpillar’s success:
“Caterpillar’s ability to manufacture and deliver world-class products is built on the strength, efficiency, and resilience of our global supply network. As we celebrate 100 years of progress, we recognise that our suppliers have been instrumental in helping us meet customer needs. This milestone is not just Caterpillar’s. BCW Engineering supports the off-highway sector with a highly experienced team fully equipped to deliver design, prototyping, production, fabrication and surface treatment for both individual parts and turn-key systems.
Off-highway products are designed for diverse applications, from construction, energy generation and agriculture to name a few and can perform in the most challenging environments.
