AF Switchgear recently hosted its annual Apprentice Evening, welcoming students who are interested in pursuing an apprenticeship. This event continues to grow in popularity year after year—a reflection of the strong reputation of its apprenticeship program, built since its inception in 1981. In fact, AF Switchgear are proud to say that their very first apprentice is still a valued member of our team today!
Their Apprentice Evening offers an excellent opportunity for students, along with their parents or guardians, to gain insight into what the company does. Attendees were able to speak with current apprentices, engage with managers from various departments, explore the products we manufacture, and connect with representatives from West Nottinghamshire College, our long-standing training partner.
